Endoproteinase LYS-C

Endoproteinase-Lys-C is a serine endoproteinase that specifically cleaves peptide bonds at the carboxyl side of lysine. It has a molecular weight of 30,000 daltons and is used in the optimal pH range of 7.0-9.0. Lys-C is inhibited by diisopropylfluorophosphate, TLCK, Aprotinin and Leupeptin.

Stability/Storage:  Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
