Worthington Biochemical is operational during the Covid-19 Pandemic

In these difficult and constantly evolving times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it's our mutual responsibility to take care of each other and reduce the risk of viral transmission. At Worthington, our top priorities are always our customers, employees and business partners. We are closely monitoring the situation, ensuring that we take all necessary precautions to keep our employees and their families safe. This includes adhering to recommendations from the CDC, the WHO, and other health and governmental authorities.

Although many states and cities have enacted business restrictions and shelter-in-place orders, Worthington is excluded as an 'essential business’, a manufacturer and supplier of products for biomedical research, diagnosis and vaccine/bioprocessing applications including potential Covid-19 research and diagnostics.  As such, we continue operations as best as possible with limited staff and taking all recommended precautions to protect our employees, customers and products.

We want to keep you informed and will be posting this notice and any updates as announcements on our website.

    ·      We are currently utilizing our secure systems and communication capabilities to maximize business continuation and flexibility, and will have some personnel working remotely where feasible.

    ·      Based upon the current status there may be minor delays with customer service order processing and shipment which we will update and advise at the time of order placement.

    ·      We plan to remain operational as best as possible with reduced staff and staggered schedules, and will keep you updated as the situation continues to evolve.

    ·      We remain committed to ensuring the safety, integrity and quality of the of the products, processes and personnel in our continuing operations.

As a primary supplier, Worthington products are produced at our ISO-certified facility located within the United States, in Lakewood, New Jersey. We maintain significant final product and raw materials inventory to meet customer requirements for an extended period. Production continues to meet customer’s requirements with on-time delivery.

As always, thank you for your use of Worthington products for your life science research and bioprocessing needs. We will continue to work together to assist customers worldwide in advancing research and producing products to aid in combating diseases such as COVID-19. We are here if any additional questions, concerns or comments exist, please let us know.

    Stay safe and healthy!
